Declaration of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal: you have the opportunity to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

To do this, you must notify us in writing by e-mail by filling out the Declaration of withdrawal below (downloadable in PDF format), and please return the product to us undamaged in its original packaging.

The cost of returning the product is borne by the consumer.

Reimbursement of the price (and delivery cost) of the purchased product is always made by bank transfer to the bank account of the consumer provided in writing by e-mail.

The right of withdrawal as a consumer can only be exercised by private individuals. As a company, there is no possibility to withdrawal.
